Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING: 

Reiland Boutique is happy to offer free ground shipping on U.S.A. domestic orders over $150. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at reilandboutique@reilandboutique.com with your name and order number. Items returned to sender due to customer address error will be charged for shipping to correct address.

RETURNS:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your order being received. Return requests must be emailed within 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meant the above criteria. Please have proof of purchase available. 

To start a return, you can contact us at reilandboutique@reilandboutique.com. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to solve with the shipping carrier. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item. Please email your name, order number, a picture of the damage within 7 days of delivery. If accepted, a return label and instructions will be sent to you and a refund or store credit will be processed within 7 days.

EXCHANGES:

Due to limited inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. 

LOST PACKAGES:

Reiland Boutique is not responsible for lost packages. The purchaser is must correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:

If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so as long as the order has not shipped. Please email us at reilandboutique@reilandboutique.com to cancel or change your order.
